For Businesses

IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)

End-of-life management for business IT equipment — desktops, laptops, servers, monitors, and networking hardware — collected, inventoried, and processed with secure data destruction built into the workflow before any device is recycled or resold. Asset inventory and reporting is available on request.

Bulk / Corporate E-Waste Collection

Scheduled pickup for offices, factories, and institutions retiring electronics in volume — from a single department clear-out to a full facility upgrade. Get in touch to schedule a pickup time and discuss volume.

Secure Data Destruction

Every device that stores data — hard drives, SSDs, phones, backup media — is handled according to a documented destruction process before recycling, so sensitive information never leaves in a readable state. We offer onsite destruction — our team can organise a data destruction at your facility on your preferred date, and you can witness the process for security compliance. using industry-standard secure data wiping or physical destruction, with a Certificate of Data Destruction available on request.

Bring old electronics directly to us for recycling. Drop-off is available at our Pune facility during business hours — please contact us before visiting.

How We Recycle — By Item Type

The high-level flow is the same for everything we handle (see Our Process for the full pipeline), but the specifics differ by item type. Here’s how each category is actually handled:

Computers, Laptops & Servers

1. Logged in at intake and checked for data-bearing components (hard drives, SSDs).
2. Storage removed and destroyed before anything else happens to the unit — see Secure Data Destruction below.
3. Equipment with remaining useful life is assessed for refurbishment and reuse where possible; the rest is processed for material recovery.
4. Remaining units dismantled: plastics, metals, and glass separated by type.
5. Separated materials routed to the appropriate downstream recycling stream.

Mobile Phones & Batteries

1. Batteries are separated from devices immediately on intake — they require different handling due to fire and chemical risk, and are never processed alongside general electronics.
2. Any data on the phone is wiped or destroyed before further processing.
3. Batteries are sent to a specialized battery recycler. sent to a specialized battery recycling partner for safe processing.
4. Phone bodies are dismantled for metal, plastic, and circuit board material recovery.

Secure Data Destruction

Applies to any device that stores data, regardless of category. using secure data wiping or physical destruction as appropriate, carried out at our facility. See Certifications & Compliance for what’s been verified so far.

Appliances & Other Electronics

1. Checked at intake for hazardous components. including proper handling of refrigerants and other regulated components where applicable.
2. Dismantled for metal, plastic, and glass recovery.
3. Any hazardous components handled per regulatory requirements rather than mixed in with general recycling.
4. Remaining materials routed to the appropriate recycling stream.
